The notification may cause display, on a device of the assessor, of indicia indicating receipt of the notification in association with an icon representative of an integrated application of the device, and of information indicating a selected content item is available for assessment when the integrated application is selected. Monitoring information for the selected content item and the assessor may be updated, based on assessment information transmitted from the device using the integrated application.
