<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pocket part forming apparatus capable of achieving the enhancement of general-purpose properties or the like while suppressing structural scaling-up, and to provide a PTP (press through pack) packaging machine. <P>SOLUTION: The PTP packaging machine includes the pocket part forming apparatus for forming pocket parts 2 to a strip-like container film 3. The pocket part forming apparatus includes a lower die and an upper die and a plurality of hole parts are formed to the respective dies corresponding to the pocket parts. Shaping plugs are inserted through the hole parts of the lower die in an up and down movable manner and pushers are housed in the hole parts of the upper die in the state energized by coil springs. Then, in a state that the container film 3 is sandwich-held by both the dies, the shaping plugs are protruded up to a first position to form the pocket parts 2 with depth X. Succeedingly, the shaping plugs are allowed to retreat up to a second position and recessed parts 2b with depth Y are formed to the top parts 2a of the pocket parts 2 by the pressure of the pushers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
