<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a deterrent effect for irregular shooting. <P>SOLUTION: A shooting direction part 321 directs the shooting of a game ball when a game player operates a shooting operation part 118. A measuring part 311 measures the time elapsed from the time when a direction is given if the shooting of the game ball is directed by the shooting direction part 321. When the time elapsed, measured by the measuring part 311, becomes a predetermined time, a shooting permission part 312 permits the shooting of the game ball.
