Provided is a functional film capable of achieving high transmittance. A functional film comprises a resin film, one conductive layer or two or more conductive layers provided on the surface of the resin film, and a functional layer provided on the surface of the conductive layer, characterized in that, among the conductive layers, a conductive layer adjacent to the resin film has a surface resistance value of 107 to 1013 O/cm2, the conductive layer adjacent to the resin film contains a binder and fine particles of a conductive needle-like metal compound, and the numerical value of the following formula (I) satisfies 0.05 or less. (Nda represents a refractive index of the conductive layer adjacent to the resin film, Ndf represents a refractive index of the resin film, and Ndc represents a refractive index of the functional layer, respectively.) |
