摘要 The present invention relates to a method for controlling an exhaust gas recirculation apparatus for heavy construction equipment. The exhaust gas recirculation apparatus includes: an engine; a turbocharger for rotating a turbine using exhaust gas exhausted from the engine, wherein the turbocharger pressurizes air supplied into the engine using a compressor connected to the turbine by a connection shaft; an intercooler for cooling the pressurized air introduced into the engine; a high-pressure EGR line including a high-pressure EGR cooler and a high-pressure EGR valve without passing through the turbocharger; a hybrid EGR line including a hybrid EGR valve and a hybrid EGR cooler, wherein the hybrid EGR line passes through only the compressor without passing through the turbine of the turbocharger; and a low-pressure EGR line including a low-pressure EGR valve and a low-pressure EGR cooler, wherein the low-pressure EGR line passes through the turbocharger. In the method for controlling the exhaust gas recirculation apparatus, a mechanical control step includes a step in which an engine control unit (ECU) receiving a low-load request signal from a driver, or driving and idle signals, opens or closes the hybrid EGR valve (151) of the hybrid EGR line (150). Thus, mechanical control and electrical control may be performed in harmony for optimized control.
