LINK CONTROL METHOD IN MULTIPATH

A down link control method is performed in a local mobility anchor (LMA) which can be connected to a correspondent node (CN) and a mobile node (MN) with a network. The LMA and MN are connected to at least two communication paths. The method includes the following steps: receiving a downlink message from the CN; checking uplink history about a first communication path among (i) downlink setting information which is received in the downlink message and (ii) the at least two communication paths; and selecting one communication path as a downlink between the at least two communication paths based on the checked downlink setting information or information about the downlink message, and the uplink history.
