<p>A plant extract composition used for preventing and treating lipid metabolism disorder, comprising total Radix Notoginseng saponin extract and total Rhizoma Coptidis alkaloid extract. The preparative method of the composition comprises: extracting Radix Notoginseng with C1-3 alcohol, combining extracts and concentrating to obtain concentrated liquid, removing non-saponin component from the concentrated liquid to obtain total Radix Notoginseng saponin extract; adding C1-3 alcohol into Rhizoma Coptidis, refluxing and extracting, retrieving C1-3 alcohol, concentrating to obtain concentrated liquid, dissolving the concentrated liquid in acid, and performing alkali precipitation and recrystallization to obtain total Rhizoma Coptidis alkaloid extract; mixing the total Radix Notoginseng saponin extract and the total Rhizoma Coptidis alkaloid extract to obtain the composition.</p> |
