A final fixing device is provided with: a heating roller (71) and a driving roller (72) that are provided on an upper side and a lower side respectively with a printing sheet therebetween, the printing sheet conveyed in a state where a transfer surface onto which toner is transferred faces the upper side; a support roller (73) that is provided on an upstream side in the conveying direction of the printing sheet with respect to the driving roller (72); a conveying belt (74) that is bridged between the driving roller (72) and the support roller (73); and a heater (75) that is provided inside the heating roller (71) and is capable of heating the heating roller (71), wherein the printing sheet passes a first nip region (E1) to which the driving roller (72) disposed between the heating roller (71) and the conveying belt (74) is not opposed, and a second nip region (E2) that is located on a downstream side in the conveying direction of the first nip region (E1) and is disposed between the heating roller (71) and the driving roller (72) via the conveying belt (74).
