An absorbent article (1) including a liquid-permeable topsheet (2), a liquid-impermeable backsheet (3), and an absorber (4) for absorbing bodily fluids attached to a crotch of underwear. The absorber (4) includes an anterior region positioned anteriorly of a longitudinal center line CW of the absorbent article (1), and a posterior region positioned posteriorly of the longitudinal center line CW, and the absorber (4) is biased to the anterior region.
