<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone water sensor cleaning method capable of always holding an ozone water sensor at a state free from pollution caused by deposit, preventing output reduction of the ozone water sensor and surely cleaning the ozone water sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning method of an ozone water sensor 200 attached to an ozone water generation device 100 and including a cathode detection electrode 201 and an anode reference electrode 202 having mutually different ionization tendencies to detect the concentration of ozone water based on the level of electromotive force generated in ozone water of a flowing water state in the ozone water generation device 100 includes: a drainage step for draining residual water in the ozone water generation device 100 when generation of ozone water is stopped in the ozone water generation device 100; and a cleaning step which when the water quality of residual water is returned to a state of raw material water during the drainage step, cleans the detection electrode 201 and the reference electrode 202 by applying a negative pole voltage to the detection electrode 201 and applying a positive pole voltage to the reference electrode 202 for predetermined time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
