<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition coil for an internal combustion engine which enables a lead part of an igniter and an external terminal to be reliably connected with each other by welding, soldering, or the like and contributes to the quality improvement. <P>SOLUTION: Projecting parts 4X are provided at positions of a lead housing part 422 of an igniter housing part 42 in an igniter case 4, which are respectively sandwiched by lead parts 3a of an igniter 3 when the igniter 3 is housed. The projecting parts 4X respectively position the lead parts 3a in the close vicinity of connecting portions with external terminals 4a included in a connector case part 41 in the igniter case 4 to form an ignition coil for an internal combustion engine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
