<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a conduit line, which eliminates a range disabling flaw detection and enables a weld zone to be inspected surely and properly, and pipe bodies, and a nuclear facility equipped with the pipe bodies. <P>SOLUTION: A construction method of a conduit line, in which pipe bodies 10, 11 are joined to each other by a butt welding to form a conduit line R, includes: a pipe body preparation step for preparing the pipe bodies 10, 11 each having a smooth length of an external surface from each of joint ends 10a, 11a along the direction of an axis line O1, the smooth length of the external surface being set based on ultrasonic flaw detection test conditions of a weld zone M determined by the use condition of the conduit line R; a pipe body welding step for welding the prepared pipe bodies 10, 11 to each other; and a weld inspection step for inspecting the weld zone M by an ultrasonic flaw detection test. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
