<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension substrate with a circuit capable of preventing the deformation of a gimbal part under a high-humidity atmosphere and thus stably maintaining an attitude angle of a slider to a hard disk and a method for manufacturing the suspension substrate with a circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In a step of forming an insulating layer 13, comprising: preparing a metal support layer 2; forming the insulating layer 13 on the metal support layer 2; forming a conductor layer 3 on the insulating layer 13; and forming a first opening 7 which corresponds to the conductor layer 3 in a gimbal part 5 and partitions a tongue part 11 and an outrigger part 12 on the metal support layer 2, the insulating layer 13 is formed such that the conductor layer 3 is covered and the thickness of the lower half part 26 of the insulating layer 13 in a passage part 25 for passing the first opening is the same as the thickness of the upper half part 27b of the insulating layer 13 in the passage part 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
