<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control system that bonds a heat conduction plate and heat pipe with high bonding strength without allowing the heat pipe to be damaged by heat, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature control system includes: a heat pipe 12 that has a heat absorption part 12a that is disposed on an end to absorb the heat from the outside and a heat dissipation part 12b that is disposed on the other end to dissipate the heat to the outside; and a heat absorption board 13 and a heat sink 14 (heat conduction plate) comprising a metal film which are formed by accelerating to spray and laminate powder containing metal together with gas onto the outer surface of a heat absorption part 12a and/or a heat dissipation part 12b of the heat pipe 12 by allowing the surface thereof to be in solid phase. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
