<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel stopper also used as a cargo bed fall prevention fence having an inexpensive structure that has a wheel stopper thereby to reliably fix a wheel by using the stopper and also enables the cargo bed fall prevention fence to be easily, rapidly, and reliably arranged. <P>SOLUTION: Net 14 for fall prevention is disposed between supporters 13 where the wheel stoppers 12 are defined as leg parts.
