<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the action of an excessive force to strip rubber, and to mold a quality tire when molding a tire shape using a strip build method. <P>SOLUTION: A device of the molding tire includes an extruder 2 extruding the strip rubber from a molding nozzle 2a, and a mold drum 1 around which the extruded strip rubber S is wound, and includes an extruder drive section 10 for separating from and approaching the molding nozzle 2a of the extruder 2 to the mold drum 1, a tilting mechanism for varying a relative height position of the mold drum 1 to the molding nozzle 2a, and a relative-positional relationship control section 20b controlling the extruder drive section 10 and the tilting mechanism. Control is performed so that, when starting the winding of the strip rubber S, the height of the molding nozzle 2a becomes the same with the rotation center of the mold drum 1 after the start of the winding, the height of the molding nozzle 2a becomes the same with the winding top of the mold drum 1, and when end of the winding, they have the same positional relationship with that when the start of the winding again. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
