<p>Provided is a lens barrel (100) wherein it is possible to increase the magnification while preventing the size of the lens barrel from becoming large. The lens barrel (100) is provided with an outer frame (101) and an inner frame (103). The lens barrel (100) has a first state, a second state, and a third state when the outer frame (101) and the inner frame (103) rotate in relation to one another. In the first state, a first cam follower (122A) is guided by means of a first cam groove (138A). In the second state, the first cam follower (122A) is guided by means of the first cam groove (138A) and a second cam follower (122B) is guided by means of a second cam groove (138B).
