A charger/discharger (1) of the present invention is provided with: a charging/discharging control unit (12) for controlling supply of current between the charger/discharger (1) and a storage battery (21); acceleration sensors (16a, 16b); and a vibration evaluation unit (17) for evaluating whether a vibration detected by the acceleration sensors (16a, 16b) is equal to or more than a certain value. When the vibration is evaluated as being equal to or more than the certain value, the charging/discharging control unit (12) stops the supply of current between the charger/discharger (1) and the storage battery (21).
