PURPOSE: A hose clamp is provided to fasten a hose without deformation of the hose regardless of the length of the external portion of a clamp body. CONSTITUTION: A hose clamp(100) comprises a clamp body(101), a lower housing(103), an upper housing(105), a tightening screw, a hole covering unit(110), an auxiliary tightening member(111), a releasing guide(112), a detaching prevention member. The tightening screw controls the diameter of the clamp body for tightening and releasing a hose by being coupled with a screw hole for pulling or pushing the screw hole through the rotation or reverse rotation of the tightening screw. The auxiliary tightening member is formed between the head(106) of the tightening screw and an upper housing for compensating the shrinking of the diameter of a hose. The releasing guide is formed in the upper housing for releasing the hose. The detaching prevention member is formed in the tightening screw for preventing the detaching of the tightening screw from the upper housing.
