<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device capable of performing calibration with low power consumption, and further to provide an electronic apparatus or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A circuit device includes: a transmitting circuit 100; a receiving circuit 170; a controller 110; and a storing section 130. The storing section 130 stores information representing a correlation between a calibration parameter for a transmitting circuit and a calibration parameter for a receiving circuit. The controller 110 sets the calibration parameter for the transmission circuit based on a detection result of a transmission state of the transmitting circuit 100, and further sets the calibration parameter for the receiving circuit based on the calibration parameter having been set for the transmitting circuit and the information representing the correlation therebetween. The transmitting circuit 100 performs transmission processing based on the calibration parameter for the transmitting circuit.
