<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device capable of reducing the intake resistance of a filter, and an electric apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An electric apparatus 10 comprises a housing 11; a filter device 20 provided on the housing 11; and an exhaust fan 22 discharging air introduced into the inside of the housing 11 through the filter device 20, from an exhaust hole 24 provided on the housing 11. The filter 20 has a filter 36; an opening door 32 opening/closing about a rotation shaft J extending in one direction and provided with a first suction hole 56; a plurality of first pressing members 46 disposed at intervals in a direction actually orthogonal to the rotation shaft J and pressing one surface of the filter 36; and a plurality of second pressing members 58 disposed at intervals in the direction substantially orthogonal to the rotation shaft J on the back side of the opening door 32 and pressing the other surface of the filter 36.
