<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of performing write processing by automatically selecting an appropriate write parameter for each of plural kinds of external nonvolatile storage devices. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit 100 comprises: an internal nonvolatile storage circuit 102 which stores plural kinds of write parameters for performing write processing for each of plural kinds of external nonvolatile storage devices; and a control circuit 101 which obtains identification information of a connected external nonvolatile storage device 200, selects one write parameter appropriate for the connected external nonvolatile storage device 200 from the plural kinds of write parameters on the basis of the identification information, and performs write processing for the connected external nonvolatile storage device 200 using the selected write parameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
