<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel sensor in which extraction wiring having a low resistance value can be formed inexpensively. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel sensor 30 includes a transparent substrate film 32, a first transparent conductor which is provided in a predetermined pattern on one side surface 32a of the substrate film 32, a second transparent conductor which is provided in a pattern different from that of the first transparent conductor on another side surface 32b of the substrate film 32, a first extraction conductor 43 which is provided on a portion of the first transparent conductor, and a second extraction conductor which is provided on the other side surface 32b of the substrate film 32 so as to be electrically connected to the second transparent conductor. Among these components, the first extraction electrode 43 includes a coating conductive layer 54a provided on a portion of the first transparent conductor, and a first conductive paste layer 55a printed on the coating conductive layer 54a.
