<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect light from a measuring object. <P>SOLUTION: An LED mounting hole 12 protrudes to a space part 14 side slightly more than to an emitting surface SF of a LED (one example of a light source), and constructs a hood 12F. The hood 12F prevents light from the LED from directly entering a PD (one example of a detection part). Also, the hood 12F prevents light from the LED from scattering to be conducted to a measuring object S. Light having different modulation frequencies is applied to the measuring object S all together from a plurality of LEDs, and light having been detected by the PD is separated into modulation frequencies, thereby light from the measuring object is separated for each LED. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
