<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection device including X-ray leakage prevention members capable of optimally preventing an X-ray leakage according to a size of an object to be inspected. <P>SOLUTION: In the X-ray inspection device, an inspection is performed on an object 900 to be inspected that is conveyed by a belt conveyor 800, by irradiating with X-rays in an X-ray inspection chamber 300. An X-ray leakage, from an opening for carrying the object 900 to be inspected to and out of the X-ray inspection chamber 300, is prevented by X-ray leakage prevention curtains 500.
