<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate continuous attachment of a diaper to a wearer. <P>SOLUTION: A disposable diaper 1 including one girth opening and a pair of leg openings has an abdominal side part 4F, a back side part 4B, a crotch part 4C, and a pair of stretchable or flexible leg sheets 6L and 6R. Vertical direction circumferential edge areas 6LF, 6LB, 6RF and 6RB and inner side edge areas 6LI and 6RI of the leg sheets are respectively joined to the lower edge areas 4FB and 4BB of the abdominal side part and the back side part and the side edge areas 4CL and 4CR of the crotch part 4C on one side of an interior body.
