<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately correct ADCs. <P>SOLUTION: A conversion section 1 converts an optical signal into an electrical signal. An amplifier 2 amplifies the electrical signal converted by the conversion section 1. ADCs 3a-3n apply time-division analog-digital conversion to the electrical signal amplified by the amplifier 2.
