<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately transmit and reproduce a voice content even when such as an S/N ratio is low. <P>SOLUTION: A voice communication apparatus comprises: a voice-digital conversion part 12 converting a voice generated by a person to a digital signal showing only its character content; a low-speed radio modulation part 15 modulating the digital signal obtained from the voice-digital conversion part 12 to a radio signal; and a transmitter 16 transmitting the radio signal obtained from the low-speed radio modulation part 15 through an antenna 10. Low-speed radio communication is possible because of its very small amount of the digital signal. Thereby, a voice content can be transmitted and reproduced adequately even under the environment of a low S/N ratio or a narrow communication bandwidth. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
