<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which, when there is a change in a device constituting an information processing system, it is necessary to stop the information processing system in order to reconstitute logical constitution information as information on data transfer paths. <P>SOLUTION: A control computer 101 comprises: an operation state monitoring unit 209 that monitors based on which piece of logical constitution information an information processing system is operating; and a logical constitution information update unit 208 that, when there is a change in a device constituting the information processing system, updates a piece of logical constitution information related to the changed device while processing based on the piece of logical constitution information is stopped.
