<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating agent of a water containing solidification material in which when a water containing waste liquid of a temporary waste liquid or the like is coagulation-processed, and is hardened to be a paste or gelatinous state, the mass in the state can be changed certainly and easily to sprinkling particles (particle aggregate), and to provide the treatment method. <P>SOLUTION: The treating agent of a water containing solidification material includes at least one selected from a group consisting of wood powders and brans, and has a function in which a paste or gelatinous state water containing solidification material generated when a liquid water containing material of a temporary waste liquid or the like is coagulation-processed is dredged by the agent, and thereby the water containing solidification material is changed to sprinkling particle aggregates of a large number.
