<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus that controls permission and prohibition of output of a document image based on a code added to the document, and notifies a user of the reason if the code added to the document is not detected and the output is prohibited. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus includes: setting means for prohibiting output of a read document image if a predetermined code added to a document is not detected; and display means for, if the predetermined code added to the document is not detected in such setting and the output is prohibited, displaying the situation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
