<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance evaluation system in which the performance of a virtual system can easily be estimated. <P>SOLUTION: System model storage means 80 stores virtual realization relationship information 84 that is information indicating a correspondence relationship between an element of a process data flow model 81 and an object of a virtual server model 82, and physical realization relationship information 85 that is information indicating a correspondence relationship between the object of the virtual server model 82 and sn object of a physical server model 83. On the basis of rules for calculating a physical system performance, performance evaluation model generation means 90 generates a performance evaluation model which evaluates a performance of a virtualized system from attributes set to the element of the process flow data model 81 specified by the virtual realization relationship information 84 and the physical realization relationship information 85.
