<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control heat generation of an electric motor while controlling further deterioration of drivability. <P>SOLUTION: While controlling an engine and two motors so that a request torque of a trend that the accelerator opening becomes larger when large, and when the shift position is R position, the absolute value becomes smaller than when it is the D position to the same accelerator opening is output to a drive shaft, a decrease rate Rt is set to the trend that when the drive shaft stops rotation, and the accelerator becomes larger when large and becomes smaller when the shift position is R position than when it is the D position (S100-S120).
