<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine for external application for a skin, capable of holding stably a thermosensitive substance, having a persistent thermosensitive effect, and free from stimulant feeling. <P>SOLUTION: The lipid solid emulsion contains one, two or more kinds selected from the group consisting of capsaicin, piperine, chavicin, ginger-ol, gingerrol, gingerron, paradol, zanthoxylum piperitum-ol, spilantol, diallyl disulfides, dipropyl disulfide, diallyl trisulfides, elisorine and vanillyl butyl ether, and includes an oil phase and an aqueous phase containing 70 pts.mass or more of a blended mixture blended with (A) a phospholipid containing 60% or more of phosphatidylcholine content, (B) a 12 or more C linear saturated higher alcohol, (C) a mixed acid type triglyceride constituted of 6-10C and 14-22C fatty acids paste-like at 25°C, and (D) a triglyceride constituted of 6-10C fatty acid liquid-like at 25°C, at a specified ratio thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
