<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure crack height by a non-overhaul inspection to improve reliability of a flaw detection result in an ultrasonic inspection of a rotor shaft. <P>SOLUTION: An ultrasonic flaw detection device performs an inspection by using an ultrasonic probe for obliquely making ultrasonic waves incident on the outer peripheral surface of a rotor shaft, and includes: ultrasonic probe position control means; shape information storage means for storing shape information on a flaw detection part; and flaw detection result display means for displaying a flaw detection result on the shape information stored in the shape information storage means based on position and orientation information on the ultrasonic probe, obtained from the ultrasonic probe position control means. The ultrasonic flaw detection device further includes: ultrasonic signal collation means for collating a signal position to be predicted that an ultrasonic signal is reflected from the shape or a defect based on shape cross section information corresponding to the ultrasonic irradiation direction based on the ultrasonic signal and information on the ultrasonic probe position control means; defect feature point extraction means for extracting a defect feature point from a plurality of signals; and crack height calculation means for calculating crack height from the signals obtained in defect feature point discrimination means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
