<p>The invention discloses a method for assessing a responsibility quotient of an enterprise individual, which comprises the following steps of: (1) assessing the degree of career wish CW; (2) assessing the degree of career responsibility action control CBAC; (3) assessing the degree of self career value control SCVC; (4) assessing the degree of multidimensional growth control MGCA; and (5) computing the responsibility quotient RQ. In the invention, an index system for assessing the responsibility quotient of enterprise individual personnel is established; rapid, accurate and comprehensive assessment on the responsibility quotient of the enterprise individual is realized; scientific data support is provided for the responsibility quotient management; the scientificity, the practicality, the systematicness and the effectiveness of the responsibility quotient management are further strengthened; and the method is beneficial for culturing healthy and active professionals, strengthening the responsibility and the sense of mission of the professionals, further exciting creativity and execution of people and improving the market competitiveness and the sustainable development internal power of an enterprise.</p> |
