<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous manufacturing system for a liquid crystal display element in which air bubbling caused by missing or remaining paste when pasting a sheet piece of a polarizing film to a liquid crystal panel. <P>SOLUTION: A continuous manufacturing system includes: release means which releases a sheet piece from a carrier film; take-up means which takes the carrier film up; paste means which pastes the sheet piece through an adhesive to a liquid crystal panel to form a liquid crystal display element; and velocity control means which controls the take-up means and the paste means in such a manner that, from a pasting start time point when starting pasting the sheet piece to the liquid crystal panel in a pasting process of pasting the sheet piece to the liquid crystal panel to the release of the sheet piece from the carrier film with a distal end portion of the release means, a carrier film take-up velocity V1 of the take-up means and a pasting velocity V2 of the paste means are brought into V1=V2 and at a time point after the sheet piece being pasted to the liquid crystal panel is released from the carrier film with the distal end portion of the release means and before the sheet piece is completely pasted to the liquid crystal panel, V1 and V2 are brought into V1<V2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
