<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the drawing quality from being degraded due to an inner turning phenomenon in a laser drawing device provided with a laser device for emitting a laser beam and a movable mirror for deflecting the laser beam. <P>SOLUTION: The laser drawing device includes: the laser device for emitting a laser beam; the movable mirror for deflecting the laser beam; a detector for detecting, from drawing data defining a shape to be drawn by linking a plurality of line segments or curve lines, a line segment or a curve line for forming a bent portion having an angle larger than a specified angle from among the line segments or the curve lines; an adjuster for reducing the moving speed at a laser beam irradiation position in a drawing command for the line segment or the curve line for forming the bent portion; and a laser irradiator for, based on the drawing command, driving the movable mirror and irradiating an object where a shape is drawn with the laser beam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
