<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television receiver in which a setting operation for selecting a (speaker of) an output destination of a sound signal is not required to be performed whenever a user switches an input source device (input source) of a video signal. <P>SOLUTION: A sound output destination setting screen and a remote controller for setting the output destination of the sound signal received from a video reproduction device such as a BD player to one of an AV amplifier and a body speaker are arranged. When the input source device of the video signal is switched to the prescribed video reproduction device (YES in S1), the output destination of the sound signal received from the video reproduction device is switched to the output destination which is set by using the sound output destination setting screen (S3 to S11). Whenever the user switches the input source device of the video signal to the video reproduction device, the setting operation for selecting the output destination of the sound signal received from the video reproduction device is not required to be performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
