<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the design of software for controlling a conveyance mechanism through conveyance simulation which reproduces a state of a sheet-like conveyance object in a real machine with fidelity on a conveyance simulator. <P>SOLUTION: A positional relationship of upstream and downstream conveying paper sheets to conveyance simulator 101 and 102 which are communicable with each other is defined and in accordance with the defined relationship, a virtual roller is defined which delivers paper sheets between the conveyance simulators 101 and 102. The upstream conveyance simulator generates a virtual paper sheet and starts the conveyance simulation (S403). At a time point when the paper sheet reaches a predetermined position in the upstream conveyance simulator, size information of the paper sheet is notified from the upstream conveyance simulator to the downstream conveyance simulator. Until the paper sheet passes the predetermined position in the upstream-side conveyance simulator, delivery information about the paper sheet is notified from the upstream conveyance simulator to the downstream conveyance simulator at fixed time intervals (S404), thereby reproducing the conveyance of the paper sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
