PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration element that can be easily assembled and has improved positioning accuracy of the components.

SOLUTION: A vibration element includes: a torsion bar made of a metal alloy; a rocking body provided to the tip portion of the torsion bar; and an element drive part that vibrates the rocking body. The element drive part includes at least a magnet provided inside the rocking body for driving the rocking body; the rocking body has a notch formed thereon; and the tip portion of the torsion bar and the magnet are positioned with the use of the notch of the rocking member as a reference.
