<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently repair a defect of the grid. <P>SOLUTION: In a second grid 14, X-ray absorbing portions 14a and X-ray transparent portions 14b extending in a y direction are alternately arranged in an x direction. After the manufacture of the second grid 14, a defective portion is detected in the second grid 14. A rectangular area to be cut out is set along the x and y directions so as to enclose this defective portion. By cutting out the area to be cut out, a cutout 30 is formed. A micro grid 31, which is smaller than the cutout 30, is prepared to be contact with for positioning the cutout such that the micro grid 31 is in contact with two adjoining sides of the cutout 30. A gap 52 generated between an outline of the cutout 30 and the micro grid 31 is filled with Sn-Pb as an X-ray absorbing material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
