The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a tape and a battery for fixing an electrode assembly body. The tape for fixing an electrode assembly body, for example, realizes a three-dimensional shape through an electrolyte, thereby effectively fixing the electrode assembly body inside a can. Therefore, the tape prevents the electrode assembly from floating or rotating inside the can due to an external vibration or a shock, and prevents phenomena such as a damage of a tab in the welding regions or a disconnection of an internal circuit.
