[Problem] To provide a single-shaft eccentric screw pump with which a flexible rod and a rotor can easily be connected without producing backlash, and with which problems such as fretting wear, breaking of the shaft due to the concentration of stress, and corrosion due to the infiltration of fluids can be prevented. [Solution] In a single-shaft eccentric screw pump, a flexible rod (62) and a rotor (30) are connected via a connecting structural part (100). The connecting structural part (100) is formed by inserting and screwing a threaded shaft (104), which is provided on the tip of the flexible rod (62), into a shaft insertion hole (110) provided in the end face (112) of the rotor (30). A flange part (102) on the flexible rod (62) side makes surface contact with the end face on the rotor (30) side in the connecting structural part (100).
