The present invention relates to a nanocomposite having both magnetic properties and luminous characteristics by bonding cadmium selenide/zinc sulfide core shell quantum dots with iron oxide colloidal nanoclusters, and a preparation method thereof. The invention can be applied to cell separation using both FACS and MACS due to high magnetism and high luminous efficiency even in an aqueous solution.
