<p>A device (1) for collecting pollutants, particularly of the oily, muddy, gelatinous type or the like such as petroleum, dispersed in water (200), comprises a supporting structure (2) for at least one longitudinal collecting body (3), which has an outer cylindrical surface (4) that is partially immersed in the water (200) and is extended around the respective longitudinal axis (100); the longitudinal collecting body (3) can be moved on command, by way of first movement means, along at least one advancement direction (101) which is substantially parallel to the surface of the water and substantially perpendicular to the direction of longitudinal extension (100) of the longitudinal collecting body (3), and can be turned by way of second means for movement, about the respective axis of longitudinal extension (100), in the opposite direction (102) with respect to the advancement direction (101); the longitudinal collecting body (3) is provided with a plurality of elongated collecting elements (5) which are extended radially with respect to the direction of longitudinal extension (100), are distributed along and around the direction of longitudinal extension (100) and are adapted to pass, on command, between an active collecting condition, in which they protrude at least partially from the outer cylindrical surface (4), and a retracted inactive condition, in which they are accommodated inside the outer cylindrical surface (4); the elongated collecting elements (5) are arranged in the active condition at least along a first angular portion (a) of the longitudinal collecting body (3) that is defined between a first region (a') of the cylindrical surface (4) immersed in the water (200) and arranged upstream with respect to the waterline (201) arranged in front with respect to the direction of movement (101) and a second region (a'') of the outer cylindrical surface (4) that protrudes from the water and is arranged downstream with respect to the waterline (201) arranged in front with respect to the direction of movement (101); the elongated collecting elements (5) are arranged in the inactive condition at least along a second angular portion (ß) of the longitudinal collecting body (3) that protrudes from the water. The device (1) for collecting pollutants further comprises at least one device (6) for removing pollutants from the outer surface (4) at the second angular portion (ß) and means (7) for transferring the removed pollutants toward a storage tank (8).</p> |
