PURPOSE: A cement mortar exfoliation device for recycled aggregates is provided to transfer the recycled aggregates along transfer wing units and to exfoliate the cement mortar by strong heat of large transfer wing units. CONSTITUTION: A cement mortar exfoliation device for recycled aggregates comprises a case(10), rotary drums(20) and transfer wing units(100). The case comprises an inlet port(12), a hopper(14) and an outlet port(16). The transfer units strikes the input recycled aggregate and exfoliates the cement mortar. The transfer wing unit guides the recycled aggregate to the outlet direction. The transfer wing unit has a structure in which the first wing, the second wing and the third wing to have pairs. The first wing, the second wing and the third wing have stepped structures. The recycled aggregate is transferred by the transfer wing unit and is collided into the edges of the first wing, the second wing, and the third wing. The first wing, the second wing and the third wing are united in the connecting piece.
