<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily presume a clouded region in order to estimate the output of photovoltaic generation. <P>SOLUTION: A distribution system control system 1 comprises a transformer substation 2, a distribution line 3, a lead-in pole 4, a lead-in wire 5, a customer house 6, and a distribution system control apparatus 10. The customer house 6 comprises a smart meter 7, a load 8, and a photovoltaic generator 9. The smart meter 7 measures a generated amount as a generation state of the photovoltaic generator 9, as well as measures a power (that is, a reverse power flow) which the load 8 cannot completely consume and is to be sold to an electric power company, transmitting these measured data to the distribution system control apparatus 10. The distribution system control apparatus 10, first obtains a generated amount and the like of the photovoltaic generator 9 from the smart meter 7, and makes a distribution of clouds from a distribution of clear positions, then estimates a distribution of clouds at the next hour. And, from the distribution of clouds at the next hour, the distribution system control apparatus 10 makes a voltage distribution of the distribution line 3 at the next hour.
