<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that breaking is caused due to the contact of wiring formed on a crystal oscillator and a suction nozzle when a tuning-fork type crystal vibrating piece is vacuum-sucked by the suction nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: A groove is formed on a crystal oscillator, in a portion of the crystal oscillator which a suction nozzle comes in contact with, and further wiring is provided in the groove.
