<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture capable of restraining temperature rise of light-emitting elements such as LEDs in a simplified structure. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting fixture is provided with a body 1 equipped with an attachment part 6 opposed to a wiring accessory Cb fitted to a fixture-attachment face C such as a ceiling face, and a substrate 21 positioned at a periphery of the attachment part 6 with its mounting face faced to a front side and its rear-face side in plane contact with the body 1.
